In 2002 I started cleaning because I enjoyed it and thought it would be a flexible high school job. It progressed into a full time job after college and became Time To Shine in 2006. I have now been cleaning full time for the past 6 years in the Bloomington–Normal area with over 70 clients, commercial and residential, and 6 part time workers.
$25 per hour for one time cleanings. We also offer fixed rate cleaning. Please call or email for a free quote. An average house is $70–$90.
